EDGES started in Los Angeles circa 2017 as the bedroom recording project of Nick Ruvalcaba. In 2019 Nick relocated to Europe and later released two albums on the Swiss Dark Nights record label: Fragmentia (2021) and Live Transmission (2022). In 2023, EDGES became a duo with the addition of Cristina Sardon.
With a DIY ethic and support from a community of fringe artists, the duo have since made their way through Europe’s underground scene and have shared the stage with acts like The Chameleons, Ultra Sunn, Ductape, and Dancing Plague. They made their festival debut at Fekete Zaj (2023) followed by an appearance at Dark Malta (2024).
